“In art and dream may you proceed with abandon. In life may you proceed with balance and stealth.”

Patti Smith

I believe that everyone who needs or wants mental health support should have access to compassionate care, and resources to tap into at your own pace. I do not accept insurance for counseling clients at this time; however, I do offer a sliding scale.  I am happy to provide you with a super bill for potential reimbursement from your insurance company. You can also check out community mental health organizations in Colorado that accept Medicaid and offer reduced rate services. This collection of resources is a living and evolving document that will grow as I discover more resources to share with you!
